Overview:

The CNG conventional station compressor adopts a two-column horizontally symmetrical structure, capable of multi-stage compression. The transmission structure uses forced lubrication, and the cylinder adopts a low-oil lubrication method. With a maximum load of 250 kW and a discharge capacity of up to 2000 Nm³/h, it is suitable for multi-specification standard station compressor units.

The main supporting systems of the CNG conventional station compressor include the drive system, cooling system, recovery system, enclosure system, and PLC control system.

The main instruments and control systems of the filling station are effectively integrated through appropriate technologies, achieving electrical interlocking, safety alarms, emergency shutdown, data processing, and business reporting functions. This ensures the explosion safety, measurement accuracy, and advanced management of the filling station. Priority is given to supplying compressed natural gas to vehicles, followed by high-pressure cylinder groups, trailer filling posts, medium-pressure cylinder groups, and low-pressure cylinder groups in sequence.

An emergency shutdown system is in place. In case of an emergency, the system can automatically and manually cut off the gas from the compressor to the cylinder groups, gas dispensers, and filling posts, and display an alarm signal.
