Overview:
The drive section of the CNG skid mounting sub-station compressor features a fully horizontal symmetrical structure with two rows, cylinders arranged on both sides, and operates with two-stage compression. The drive structure utilizes forced lubrication, while the cylinders employ minimal oil lubrication. It can handle a maximum load of 90 kW, with an average exhaust capacity of up to 2000 Nm³/h, suitable for compressing stations producing 20,000 to 30,000 cubic meters daily.
Key supporting systems for the CNG skid mounting sub-station compressor include: the drive system, cooling system, recovery system, enclosure system, and PLC control system.
