Overview:
The basic structure of the BOG recovery compressor is similar to that of ordinary compressors. It mainly consists of components such as an electric motor, gearbox, rotor, stator, cylinder, oil pump, and valve body. The electric motor serves as the power source for the compressor, transmitting power to the rotor through the gearbox, causing it to rotate. The stator is used to fix the rotor in place, and the small gap between them helps to minimize gas leakage. The cylinder is used to store compressed air, while the oil pump is responsible for lubricating and cooling the rotor bearings. The valve body is used to control the flow of gas in and out of the compressor.
Features:
1. The BOG recovery compressor is used for boosting feed gas and BOG compression;
2. Driven by motor, diesel engine or natural gas engine;
3. Gas capacity up to 50x10* Nm³/d;
4. Adoption of heat recycle technology of BOG compressor, available for wide suction temperature range,
5. Conformed to APl618 standard requirement;
