Overview:
The M-type compressor typically consists of a compressor head, cylinder, piston, crankshaft, connecting rod, and other components. The piston moves back and forth within the cylinder, connected to the crankshaft via a connecting rod, causing the crankshaft to rotate. The rotation of the crankshaft drives the operation of the compressor, compressing the gas and discharging it.
Features:
1. Water cooling;
2. Skid-mounted or bulk;
3. Maximum gas supply capacity of 30,000 Nm3/h;
4. Maximum allowable piston force of 800 kN;
5. Automatic protection control or PLC control;
6. Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 618 standards;
7. Incorporating many advanced design concepts and technologies from abroad;
8. Conducting airflow pulsation analysis and compressor vibration analysis.The M-type compressor undergo airflow pulsation analysis and compressor vibration analysis.
