Overview:
Large storage tanks are mainly used for peak shaving and distribution in LNG plants and LNG storage terminals.
Naide is one of the few companies in China capable of designing and constructing large-scale liquefied natural gas storage tanks. Naide can build tanks with capacities of up to 50,000 m³. We also produce LNG loading/unloading arms and loading bays with automated control systems, as well as optional boosters and flow meters.
Features:
Cryogenic storage equipment: LNG storage facilities require specialized cryogenic storage equipment capable of withstanding extremely low temperatures and providing excellent thermal insulation to ensure stability and safety during LNG storage.
High safety requirements: As LNG is flammable and explosive, LNG storage facilities must meet very high safety standards. Storage equipment should adopt double-wall construction and be equipped with comprehensive safety devices such as emergency shut-off systems and leak detection systems to ensure timely action in case of an accident and prevent escalation.
Efficient logistics system: LNG storage facilities require an efficient logistics system to ensure transportation and supply, including LNG transport vehicles and pipeline delivery systems, so that LNG can be promptly delivered to end users to meet demand.
