Overview:

Containerized LNG station is the end equipment for filling LNG for the LNG vehicles. Containerized LNG station integrates storage tank, submersible pump, vaporizer, and LNG dispenser in to a containerized skid with metal cofferdam. Except the control system and instrument system which can be installed outside the skid. This station can be save site installation time, cost as well as local civil works.


Features:

1)The skid is designed with pressure boosting system for LNG tanker and LNG tank;

2)The skid is designed with various unloading methods, either through pressure boosting of vaporizer to save energy, or through LNG submersible pump for fast unloading;

3)The system is able to work simultaneously during unloading and dispensing without affecting each other;

4)Excess BOG in LNG storage tank during tanker unloading can be sent to LNG tanker without venting to eliminate gas loss;

5)The skid is able to saturate LNG temperature without additional system;

6)All process for LNG dispensing, pre-cooling and circulation is designed to operate automatically through PLC system with inter-lock. Process piping route will be adjusted automatically through PLC based on the signal from pre-cooling, circulation and dispensing process to ensure the highest work efficiency. This design will also avoid deflected flow when there is more than one LNG dispenser;

7)The pump unit is designed with isolating valve in the pump outlet, which can cut-off the piping for quick maintenance or replacement in case of pump breakdown without affecting the normal operation of other system in the station;

8)The skid is designed with flame proof lighting for the convenience of night works;

9)Pump tank is equipped with liquid level sensor and venting device on top of the pump tank, which can monitor the cavitation erosion of pump tank in real-time, so that the pump works under full liquid state, reducing bearing wear effectively.
