Overview:
The LNG gas dispenser is a device used to convert liquefied natural gas (LNG) into compressed natural gas (CNG). First, LNG is extracted from the storage tank and then heated to convert it into a gaseous state. Through appropriate pressure reduction, the high-pressure liquid is transformed into low-pressure gas.

An LNG dispenser typically consists of an LNG pump, heating system, pressure-reducing valve, and control system. These components work together to ensure that LNG is safely and efficiently converted to CNG.

Features:

Preset refueling by non-fixed volume and fixed amount

Selectable volume-based or mass-based filling

Intrinsically safe and explosion-proof design

Breakaway protection device

Data protection, extended display, and repeat display during power outage

High-brightness LCD display

IC card automatic settlement and management (optional)

Receipt printing function (optional)

Communication interface for data transmission

LNG Refueling Process:

After starting the dispenser system, liquid hydrocarbons from LNG are fed into the dispenser.

The cryogenic LNG is extracted from the storage tank.

The liquid control system injects LNG into the refrigeration system, where waste heat from the engine evaporates LNG into CNG.

The built-in refrigeration system recycles waste heat and regenerated gas cooled by liquid nitrogen to maintain system operation.

Pre-treated LNG is ignited in the engine, producing power to run the compressor.

The compressor transfers high-pressure CNG into the storage tank.

The dispenser nozzle extracts high-pressure CNG from the tank and fills it into the vehicle's fuel tank.

This is the full LNG-to-CNG fueling process, where LNG passes through multiple systems and is finally delivered to the vehicle as CNG.
