Overview

CNG In a Box system is an innovative solution to build CNG station for you in the shortest period than ever before. Everything in traditional station are prefabricated in a standard ISO container, tested in the factory, delivered to your site and ready to use immediately by simply plug-and-play.

Integrated with high speed reciprocate compressor, the station provides you the most cost-efficient solution to build more stations in fastest time and gain the fueling market.

Process Flow

1. Natural Gas Reception

Natural gas is transported to the refueling station via pipelines. The reception end is equipped with filters and pressure regulators to ensure that the incoming natural gas meets quality and pressure requirements.

2. Compression

The natural gas is compressed to the required high-pressure level using a compressor unit. The compressor unit typically includes a pretreatment unit, compressor, cooler, and gas storage device. The pretreatment unit removes moisture and impurities to prevent damage to the compressor.

3. Gas Storage

The compressed natural gas is stored in high-pressure storage tanks. These storage tanks are usually made of steel or composite materials capable of withstanding high pressure.

4. Measurement and Control

During the refueling process, the natural gas is accurately measured by a metering device and managed by a control system to ensure the safety and accuracy of the refueling process.

5. Refueling

Vehicles obtain compressed natural gas from the storage tanks through a refueling nozzle. The refueling nozzle connects to the vehicle's CNG storage cylinder, and the natural gas flows into the vehicle's storage cylinder via high-pressure pipelines.

6. Safety Measures

The refueling station is equipped with multiple safety measures, including leak detection systems, emergency shut-off valves, fire protection devices, and monitoring systems to ensure the safe operation of the refueling station.

7. Auxiliary Equipment

Auxiliary equipment includes electrical control systems, cooling systems, gas drying systems, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the refueling station.

The process flow of an integrated CNG refueling station must be designed and operated in strict accordance with relevant standards and regulations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
