Function Introduction：
Accurate and Reliable Measurement, Clear and Beautiful Display
The JQ series vehicle compressed natural gas (CNG) dispenser uses a mass flow meter as the core metering component, which can accurately measure the mass of the medium passing through the flow meter. The computer automatically calculates the refueling volume (by volume/weight) or amount. It adopts a high-brightness backlit LCD digital display, showing volume (mass), amount, and unit price on both sides of the dispenser.
Supports Both Non-quantitative and Pre-set Quantitative Refueling
Non-quantitative refueling allows the dispenser to fill gas to any amount controlled by the nozzle or keyboard, or to automatically stop when the cylinder pressure reaches the set maximum pressure (adjustable). Quantitative refueling allows users to preset the refueling quantity (volume or mass) or amount through the keyboard, then start refueling. However, if the vehicle gas tank pressure reaches the maximum preset value, the dispenser will stop refueling automatically even if the preset quantity or amount is not reached.
Data Protection on Power Failure, Extended Display, and Repeat Display
If power failure occurs during refueling, the computer control system automatically saves the current data and continues to display it for a period, facilitating settlement of the refueling transaction. If settlement is not completed during this time, the user can recall the data using the keyboard repeat display key.
Automatic and Manual Control Switching of Solenoid Valves
During refueling, the dispenser automatically switches among low, medium, and high-pressure storage bottle groups according to the refueling speed to complete the refueling task. Users can also manually switch via the keyboard shift key if needed.
Optional Dispenser Computer Management System and IC Card System
The JQ series dispensers can be used independently or networked with the refueling station's computer management system for data transmission, report generation, display printing, etc. The management system can centrally monitor each refueling process. The IC card system is available in contactless and contact types to facilitate station management and reduce operational costs.
