The isothermal hydrogen compressor is a highly efficient hydrogen compression device that uses mechanical energy to compress hydrogen to the required pressure.
The integrated sled-mounted hydrogen fueling station is an advanced hydrogen refueling facility that integrates hydrogen storage, compression, cooling, and dispensing functions into one unit. It is suitable for small-scale, land-efficient hydrogen station scenarios.
The high-pressure hydrogen charging/discharging column is used for high-pressure hydrogen filling of tube trailers or for supplying hydrogen from tube trailers to compressors for pressurization. It is equipped with a purging interface to reduce impurities of other gases in the system and improve hydrogen purity.
The hydrogen storage well has a structure similar to a CNG storage well. The wellbore extends underground and is composed of segmented well sections.
The hydrogen dispenser, sequence control cabinet, and hydrogen compressor are integrated onto a single skid. The control system can also be integrated into the skid or designed as a separate detachable control cabinet. This design reduces on-site installation work and saves land space. The cooling system can be installed in a safe area, inside the skid, or above it to save space.
The hydrogen gas holder must have high-pressure storage capability. Due to the low density of hydrogen, to improve storage efficiency, the gas holder needs to store hydrogen under high pressure. Therefore, the hydrogen gas holder must withstand high pressure and have sufficient strength and pressure resistance.
Single Hose Hydrogen Dispenser is a gas filling equipment used for metering of hydrogen in hydrogen stations. The hydrogen dispenser mainly includes high-pressure pipelines, valves, nozzles, metering, pricing display and other systems.
The hydrogen compression unit sled is equipment used to compress hydrogen and deliver it to hydrogen fuel vehicles or other devices. It compresses low-pressure hydrogen by utilizing the pressure of a driving air source. During compression, hydrogen is drawn into the compression unit sled, then its pressure is increased through a series of compression and cooling processes.
Designed and manufactured according to the provisions of TSG R0006 “Technical Supervision Regulations for Gas Cylinders Safety.”
A hydrogen refueling station is a facility that provides hydrogen to fuel cell vehicles, similar to how conventional gasoline stations provide fuel to internal combustion engine vehicles. Typically, a hydrogen station consists of a hydrogen unloading column, compressor skid, sequence control panel, hydrogen storage cylinder group, hydrogen dispenser, station control system, heat exchanger, and chiller. The core equipment is the hydrogen compressor and hydrogen storage tanks.
